Malvern Hills Conservators
The Conservators were formed by powers from an acts of parliament, the Malvern Hills Acts 1884. The area they control is approximately 3,000 acres They cover around 100 miles of footpaths on this lands.
The main duties of the Conservators are to prevent encroachment, protect the Commoners rights, preserve the natural aspect of the hills and to keep the land open for the benefit, recreation and enjoyment of the public .
All Conservator land has public access.
